Institutional Teen Leadership Positions & Groups
ADIR creates and restructures teen leadership groups and boards for organizations. This allows organizations to receive feedback from an internal group of teens. ADIR will create all of the materials necessary for the running of this group as well as organize and run the application cycle.

ADIR serves as a teen sounding board for both the administrative and programmatic staff, providing its clients with teen perspectives and suggestions upon request. ADIR regularly assists our clients in determining the optimal scope of an initiative ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals. ADIR further helps clients determine the ideal size for an initiative to maximize impact and the number of teens served. Finally, ADIR’s work also includes a wide range of projects, including but not limited to general questions about engagement, scheduling for teen programming, and teens’ priorities.

Feedback Groups
ADIR conducts feedback groups to gather authentic teen input from participants of existing programs. We facilitate structured sessions where teens can share their experiences, insights, and suggestions. Our team then produces comprehensive reports to help clients create action plans to improve their programming.
